Biography Of Muhammad S.A.W

Far away in Arabia,
Born a son to Amina
became a messenger to Allah
revealed islam to the whole Arabia
we enjoy the fruit of islam today
how many many sufferings he had that day
to establish the believers for any day
every corner there are believers today.
however, do we pay any attention to read the pains of our prophet
tortures of Abu Lahab while our prophet was commencing prayers
Abu Lahab invited some one to bring a guts of a ccamel and put
put the back of our prophet who was in prayer
some one responded to his order and tortured our prophet
our prophet was in prostration
could not lift his head in that situation
till his daughter fatimah came to change its position
we need to love our lord and his messenger first
How on earth we are going to love our prophet
without knowing the sufferings he had for his ummah
atleast read once in your life, life of our prophet who showed us the path of jennah.

Nasheed:Dust Is My Bed

Dust is my bed,
embracing me,
and it is my cover
The sands are around me,
engulfing me,
even from behind me,
And the tomb recounts [ the story of ] the darkness
of my calamity
And the light has destined
that my pleasure is in meeting [Allah]
Dust is my bed, embracing me, and it is my cover
The sands are around me, engulfing me, even from behind me,
And the tomb recounts [ the story of ] the darkness of my calamity
And the light has destined
that my pleasure is in meeting [Allah]
that my pleasure is in meeting [Allah]
And where is my family's compassion?
They sold my loyalty!
They sold my loyalty!
My loyalty...
And where are my groups of friends? They left my brotherhood!
They left my brotherhood!
My brotherhood...
And where is the bliss of money? It is behind me...
And where is the glory of fame and compliments?
This is my end; dust is my bed
Dust is my bed, embracing me, and it is my cover
The sands are around me, engulfing me, even from behind me,
And the tomb recounts [ the story of ] the darkness of my calamity
And the light has destined
that my pleasure is in meeting [Allah]
that my pleasure is in meeting [Allah]
And the beloved bade farewell to his love and cried my elegy
and cried my elegy...
my elegy...
And the tear flow dried after the crying
after the crying..
the crying...
And the vast universe shrank,
narrowing my space,
And the grave with my corpse has become
my land and my sky
That is my end; dust is my bed
And fear fills my estrangement
and sadness is my illness
I hope for steadfastness, and, verily, it is
-I swear- my remedy
And to the Lord I supplicate sincerely;
You are my hope.
Hoping- O Allah- for a Paradise
that contains my bliss
And to the Lord I supplicate sincerely;
You are my hope.
Hoping- O Allah- for a Paradise
that contains my bliss
And to the Lord I supplicate sincerely;
You are my hope.
Hoping- O Allah- for a Paradise
that contains my bliss
And to the Lord I supplicate sincerely;
You are my hope.
Hoping- O Allah- for a Paradise
that contains my bliss

This is the translation of the nasheed, "Dust is my Bed" (in Arabic: Farshi Turabi) It is about death and the grave and is very deep if one thinks about it thoroughly, which we should. It sounds better as the original Arabic version, you can find it for sure if you google it. Very nice nasheed, I personally love it, hoping you will too.

HIJAB

A piece of cloth covering the body, why do they wear this, I hear them wonder.
Hijab is like a shield; protecting us from harm.
The beauty is indescribable; better than the shooting star.
You walk on the street, your hijab trailing behind you; so delicacy yet full of comfort.
It’s stronger than the bodied armour more feared than the gore.
How can such a cloth be feared by many; the society in jitters fearing it will grow by each penny.
Modesty is wanted; concerned by many
Wear the hijab and you would feel protected
Oppose the hijab and you would die neglected
To protect is to cover and to cover is to protect.
Ignore the Satan and you will die proud; agree with the Satan and you will die as a fraud.
Hijab is a protection; protecting us from all evil.
A cloth, I know, how can it shield us from such harm?
If you knew the value it had, you wouldn’t give a damn.
To wear the hijab is to be away from all harm.

Tazkirah of the day

Bismillahir'rahman'nir-rahim.

Allahumma sali'ala sayyiddina Muhammadin wa 'ala alay sayyiddina Muhammadin wa barik wa salim.

"The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like that of the seller of musk, and the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows. So as for the seller of musk then either he will grant you some, or you buy some from him, or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him. As for the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows then either he will burn your clothes or you will get an offensive smell from him."

Islam and the concept of Friendship

Humans are social creatures by nature; they're always in need of friends and companions. Most of our lives depend on interaction with others. Strong individuals are the core of a strong community, something that Muslims should always strive for.

We all know that Allah the Most High has brought us to life in order to test us. Thus we are here for a relatively short period of time and that we shall meet Allah one Day, so we need to use our present life for what is best for us in the hereafter. Once we know our purpose and our goal in life, we should seek ways to achieve them so as to benefit our own selves.

In an authentic Hadith, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said:

"A person is likely to follow the faith of his friend, so look whom you befriend."

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) who has the most noble character and dealings with fellow humans gave us a very clear and simple message and advice in regard to friendship.

How should we choose our friends?

We should choose the friend that believes and abide by our religion (Islam) and gives great respect to what Allah and Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) has ordered us. And we should stay away from that who is not well mannered and gives no attention to what Islam is about or what pleases or displeases Allah, for he'll surely affect us negatively. There is no good in the companion drowns us in sins and displeasing Allah.

The bases for the actions of those who follow the evil ways are corrupt; their actions are built upon misguidance and deviation. Their deeds are worthless to them as Allah said:

"And We will proceed to what they have done of deeds, so We shall render them to scattered floating dust." Qur’an (25:23)

Their actions, even if we see them as righteous and noble are of no value to them, so how can they be useful to us?

Good friends are those who share their companions both happiness and sadness. If we share our feelings with the wrong-doers whose actions are worthless and based on corruption, then we are following the same ways and standards as they are, and we'll end up being as corrupted as they are, and then we're in a big trouble, how can we face Allah's dissatisfaction and displeasure?!

Instead of making friends with the misguided ones we should befriend the righteous, yet treat the rest in a gracious and just manner. Staying at sufficient distance is necessary; yet treating everybody in a noble and kind manner is required.

In another Hadith, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said:

"The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like that of the seller of musk, and the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows. So as for the seller of musk then either he will grant you some, or you buy some from him, or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him. As for the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows then either he will burn your clothes or you will get an offensive smell from him."

When choosing our friends we should ask ourselves first: Are they going to help us achieve the purpose for which we were brought to life? or will they take us away from it? Will they desire for us Allah's pleasure or is that completely irrelevant to them and not their concern at all? Are they leading us to Paradise or to the Hell?

Allah says in the Qur'an:

"O you who believe! Take care of your own selves. If you follow the right guidance and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong no hurt can come to you from those who are in error. The return of you all is to Allah, then He will inform you about (all) that which you used to do." Qur'an (5:105)

Allahumma sali'ala sayyiddina Muhammadin wa 'ala alay sayyiddina Muhammadin wa barik wa salim. Rawdhina billahi Rabba wa bil'islaami deena wa bi'Muhammadin nabiyaa, wa akhirud'duana anil'hamdulillahi rabbil'alameen. Walaykumasalam wa rahmatullah

Koleksi Nasyeed:Di Sudut Keinsafan

Di Sudut Keinsafan
Munsyid : Al Wadi

Keimanan dan ketaqwaan
Bersemadi dalam sanubari
Keyakinan dan keinsafan
Dimiliki diri insani

Hanya keimanan yang sejati itu
Akan menebus diri
Dari tipudaya duniawi
Yang mencengkam siapa yang tersimpang

Punyailah sifat yang terpuji
Dari ajaran Ilahi
Yang sering kita diuji
Sebagai hamba di muka bumi

I Love Allah by Shiraz Zeria (Menchester)

I love Allah Just like I love my Salah, and people say MashAllah, I just want to thank you Allah, For everything you’ve given me, I don’t want to be ungrateful, or sinful. You see people are asleep, and don’t even wake up to the beep of fajr to claim the ajar !! How can one be so ignorant to the Prophet’s message? so simple to decipher, imagine all that knowledge, to pass to your brothers, your sisters, your friends, now it all depends. If you’re going to take heed, or you going to mislead, your fellow Muslims, the end is so close, so dispose of your sins, and leave them in the bins, this is where your new life begins, and one step closer to the Sirat-ul-Mustaqeem, so lets redeem ourselves, and remember Islam isn’t downstream or a dream, or even mainstream, build up your self esteem, get on the prayer mat, and pray your salah, and do taubah, to Allah! remember this ain’t no nursery rhyme, this is just a reminder, for you to put in your books as a Binder. Shiraz Zeria (Manchester) 03-05-2009

I Am Muslim

I Am Muslim By Imran Ali You say I'm a terrorist, You say I'm a threat. You say I'm destructive, But have we truly met? You call me a murderer, You call me a thief. You call me a traitor, Is this your belief? To you, I'm unstable, To you, I'm insane. To you, I'm incompetent, But do I cause this pain? Apparently, I'm alien, Apparently, I'm inhumane. Apparently, I'm strange, And are you perfectly sane? I am all of these things, At the same time, I'm none. No matter how much I object, These names will go on. I am treated with hatred, And left with nothing but wraith. Everwhere I go, I'm judged, Primarily due to my faith. You judge me from the media, A biased, inaccurate source. They portray me by prejudice, And you believe them, of course. Only because my voice is nothing, My voice is hollow and empty. My word is blank, yours is final ,My will has been taken ineptly. But that is what you think, And that is where your wrong. My will isn't your's to take, Even to me it does not belong. For it belongs to Allah, And thus shows who I am. A person who submits their will to God, And by this I proudly stand. My brothers and sisters oppressed, In Bosnia, Paris and Palestine. The reign over them is nothing, To the Imaan within that shines. Their hearts may be dark, And their hopes may be darker. But what radiates around the world, Are their cries of "Allahu Akbar". I say I'm not a terrorist, I say I'm far from a threat. I say I'm loyal, not a traitor, And I say there's nothing I regret. But my loyalty remains with Allah, ar-Rahmân, ar-Rahîm. For only Allah deserves it, He is omniscient, al-'Alîm. My brothers and sisters, Our hardships will be, Our key to Jannaat, Our eternity. So my brothers and sisters of Islam, Fear only al-Muqaddim. Stand proud with Imaan and say, I Am Muslim.
